📍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India, including major cities, towns, and most rural areas.
International shipping is not available at this time.

⏱ Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped, along with tracking details.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

🚫 Delayed or Failed Deliveries

While we aim for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed:

Please allow an additional 2–3 days.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

❌ Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to receive it, we’ll notify you. You can choose to:

Reschedule delivery (shipping charges may apply), or
Cancel the order (refund minus shipping fees).

📬 Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
